What is onTOP?
onTOP is not a traditional bank, what does that mean?
onTOP offers businesses and professionals a complete current account, equipped with all the payment options necessary to manage their business (physical and virtual cards, SEPA direct debits, bank transfers, etc.). However, there are differences between your onTOP account and a traditional checking account:

For the onTOP personal account the monthly fee is 10€
For the onTOP business account the annual fee is 180€

What checks does onTOP carry out and why?
For the opening of the onTOP personal account, the validity of the documents and a standard KYC process are verified. The credit check is not carried out. For the opening of the onTOP business account, the validity of the documents and a standard KYC process on shareholders and directors are verified. It is also verified that the company is still active and not in the process of closing. The company's creditworthiness is not checked.
How do I make a transfer to my onTOP account?
In the UPLOAD section of the personal onTOP account, under BANK TRANSFER you can see all the details of your account (IBAN, BIC...) necessary to make a transfer to your account In the ACCOUNT section, entering your Iban you will find the box IBAN CERTIFICATE and SWIFT INSTRUCTIONS that will allow you to see respectively the data of your account and the instructions necessary to receive a SWIFT transfer.
What types of cards does onTOP provide?
onTOP provides both physical and virtual Mastercard debit cards (personal account only)
Corporate Cards
onTOP provides up to 5 Corporate cards (linked directly to one of the 3 Iban in the account)
Rechargeable Corporate Cards
onTOP provides up to 2500 Corporate cards (rechargeable and therefore not directly connected to the account iban). They are modifiable cards in all their aspects: limits, validity, use in the ways and times etc.
How many cards can I have with my onTOP account?
For the personal onTOP account you can have 1 physical card and up to 5 virtual cards.
For the onTOP business account up to 5 Corporate cards and up to 2500 corporate cards.

Yes, the Mastercard onTOP card can be used wherever the Mastercard circuit is accepted as payment
Can I temporarily block and unlock a card?
Yes, you can freeze and defrost the paper whenever you want, or block it permanently and order a new one. Applies to both Business and Personal physical cards and Personal account virtual cards.
What to do if I lose the card
If you lose your card, simply block it from the card settings and order a new one.
How do I order an onTOP card?
For the onTOP business account: TO ORDER a CORPORATE card from the website enter the ACCOUNT section and click on your IBAN, then click on ORDER THE CARD. TO ORDER a COMPANY card you can proceed both from the website and from the IOS or ANDROID app by going directly to the CARDS section on ORDER THE CARD.
For the personal onTOP account : TO ORDER a PHYSICAL or VIRTUAL card just enter the CARDS section and click on ORDER A VIRTUAL CARD / ORDER A PHYSICAL CARD.
How long does it take to receive an onTOP card?
Delivery times for cards range from 7 to 10 days
How do I activate my onTOP card?
To activate the physical cards just click on the ACTIVATE THE CARD button in the CARDS section and follow the instructions. Remember that the first physical use of the card must take place through the introduction of the card in the POS and not with contactless method
Where can I find my card number, its CVV and expiration date?
For PHYSICAL cards you will find everything printed on the onTOP card, for VIRTUAL cards in the app in the CARDS section you will find the list of all the virtual cards of that account (the middle digits of the card and the CVV will be sent to you by SMS when ordering the virtual card itself).
How do I manage my card settings?
The card settings can be adjusted, both for the BUSINESS account and for the PERSONAL account, only from the WEB platform, thus using any internet browser.
How do I set the PIN code of my onTOP card?
The PIN code of your onTOP card is received when ordering the card via SMS. Remember that the first physical use of the card must take place through the introduction of the card in the POS and not with contactless method
How do I delete a card?
For the onTOP business account: ACCOUNT then click on CARD SETTINGS and select I LOST MY CARD. Once locked you can immediately order a new one if you wish.
For the personal onTOP account : YOUR CARDS click on SEE ALL OPTIONS and then on CARD BLOCKING. You can block the card permanently only from the web platform.

How can I make a transfer in euros?
For the onTOP business account: in the TRANSFERS/PAYMENTS section click on TO OTHER BANKS and follow the instructions to fill in your transfer
For the personal onTOP account : in the SEND section click on SEND TO ANOTHER IBAN and follow the instructions to fill in your transfer
How long does it take to receive a transfer to my account?
For SEPA transfers from a few hours up to 3 days, for SWIFT transfers up to a week. Transfers from onTOP accounts to onTOP accounts are IMMEDIATE and FREE
Can my employee make a bank transfer?
For the onTOP business account the account administrator can appoint and create other users who will be able to make all kinds of transactions on the account
What is the difference between a SWIFT transfer and a SEPA transfer?
The SEPA area allows you to make transfers in euros within the European Union. It covers the following countries: 28 Member States of the European Union (EU) with the addition of Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, the Principality of Monaco and San Marino. From 1 March 2019 it also includes the Principality of Andorra and the Vatican City.
The SWIFT network allows you to make foreign currency transfers all over the world. Transfers made on the SWIFT network are also called extra-SEPA and have a different cost and method of sending from transfers in the SEPA area.
How much do international transfers cost?
The cost for the incoming swift is 30€
Does onTOP accept cash?
Soon it will be possible to top up the onTOP account through a system of gift cards / bar codes at affiliated points of sale throughout Italy.
Are onTOP accounts subject to stamp duty on current accounts?
No, they are not subject.
How can I simplify my accounting with onTOP?
By distributing company cards to your collaborators and employees you will have full control of the cash flow without the need to fill in expense reimbursement and without the need to keep receipts
How do I manage my beneficiaries?
Each time a payment is made, onTOP automatically records the beneficiary's data so that it can be reused the next few times. You can in fact choose at the time of the transfer between NEW BENEFICIARY or EXISTING BENEFICIARY
How can I export the list of my transactions?
Each movement that is made on the account can be exported in various formats. It is accessed from the TRANSACTIONS section.
Where can I find my bank statements?
For the onTOP business account: The account statement can be downloaded from the ACCOUNT section by clicking on DECLARATIONS and selecting the period in which you are interested.
For the onTOP Personal account: The account statement can be downloaded from the TRANSACTIONS section.
Where can I find and download my IBAN?
For the onTOP business account: in the ACCOUNT section click on IBAN CERTIFICATE

When is your onTOP plan billed?
For the onTOP business account: the payment of the annual plan of € 180 takes place at the time of opening the account and subsequently after one calendar year.
For the onTOP Personal account: the payment of the annual plan of € 120 is divided into 12 monthly installments of € 10, debited from the account monthly.
